摘要 为沿海地区滩涂养殖业的健康发展提供参考依据。于2005年5~11月对江苏灌东盐场养殖环境中的N(水体NH4+-N、NO3--N、NO2--N和底质无机N)进行了跟踪调查,分析了其与养殖环境中其他因子的关系。养殖环境中各种形态无机N的含量变化幅度较大,呈现一定的规律;无机N的主要存在形态是NO3--N,且有较明显的季节特征,NO2--N和NH4+-N含量随温度的升高而呈上升趋势,NO2--N在养殖前期含量较低;水体中总N与底质中无机N显著相关;水体中溶氧与NH4+-N呈显著正相关,与NO3--N呈显著负相关;水体中总N与无机P的比例相对稳定,接近自然海区。灌东盐场养殖池塘的水体和底质中各项无机N的变化是相互关联的,应在养殖过程中动态地控制和掌握养殖环境中N的含量。 The aim of the study was to provide reference basis for healthy development of seabeach breeding industry in coastal area.N(amino N,nitrate N and nitrite N in water and inorganic N in bottom sediment) in the feeding environment of Guandong saltery in Jiangsu were investigated from May to November 2005 and the relationship of N with other factors in the feeding environment was analyzed.The inorganic N contents in every kind of form changed greatly in feeding environment,showing some law.The main existent form of inorganic N was nitrate N and had obvious season characters.Nitrite N and amino N contents were increased along with the temperature increasing.Nitrate N content was lower in feeding prophase.The total N in water had significant correlation with inorganic N in bottom sediment.The dissolved oxygen in water had positively significant correlation with amino N,and negatively significant correlation with nitrate N.The ratio of total N to inorganic phosphorous in water was relatively steady,and near to that of natural sea area.The changes of every form of inorganic N in water body and bottom sediment in the feeding pond of Guandong saltery were correlated to each other.The N content in the cultivation environment should be dynamically controlled and mastered in the feeding course.
