二噁英是一种毒性极强的特殊有机化合物。对二噁英的概念、来源、性质及危害性分别进行了概述,并提出了控制二噁英污染的措施。
Dioxins are a kind of specific organic compounds which are extremely toxic.The concept,nature,pollution origin,the properties and hazardous nature of Dioxins were detailed separately,and the measure to control the dioxin pollutions was put forward.
