摘要
从丝绸工业的副产品即蚕蛹中提取的蚕蛹油作为昆虫油脂中的一种,具有重要的营养和经济价值。综述了蚕蛹油的研究进展,包括蚕蛹油的组成及营养价值研究、提取工艺研究、脂肪酸成分分析方法及精制研究、应用现状及前景等。
As one of the insect oils,silkworm pupal oil is extracted from the silkworm pupas which are the byproduct of the silk industry,and can provide significant nutritive as well as economic benefits.In this review,we summarize research progress of silkworm pupal oil,including its compositions and nutritional value,extracting procedure,the method of fatty acid compositions analysis and further isolation,application situations and trends.
