摘要
阐述了逆向物流产生的原因和概念,分析了逆向物流与退货管理的关系,从再制造、再利用、修理、再生、回收、再销售六方面对逆向物流的价值进行分析。对退货逆向物流形成的原因进行了分析,并对退货逆向物流管理策略进行了研究。
The origin of reverse logistics and conception are introduced. In this paper, the reverse logistics and return management were analyzed in detail from six aspects：rero, anufacturing, reusing,repairing,regenemting,recoverying and reroarketing surveyed values of reverse logistics. The reason of the return of reverse logistics was analyzed and its strategy of management was researched.
