Probe into the Necessity to Construct Pumped Storage Power Station in Shaanxi Power Network

针对陕西电网负荷蜂谷差越来越大,电网安全稳定运行要求越来越高的特点,从陕西电网负荷、电源现状及发展规划等方面入手,详细分析了电网的负荷蜂谷差,调频调峰容量。通过论证分析,提出陕西电网建设抽水蓄能电站是十分必要的。建设和发挥抽水蓄能电站的运行特性,可改善电网运行状况,提高陕西电网的安全稳定经济性能。

In the light of the characters of greater peak-valley difference ＆ higher stability operation demand to power grid, started from Shaanxi power network load, power source current state and planning, peak-valley difference load and frequency ＆ peak capacity regulation are analyzed in detail. The analysis proved that it is very necessary to construct pumped storage power station in Shaanxi power network. The development of pumped storage power station can improve the operation condition of power network, improve the safe, stable and economic performance of Shaanxi power network.
