Study on Guiding Job Hunting of Graduates by Application to Vocational Education Psychology

提高人才资源利用率的有效措施是提高大学生的就业率。从职业教育心理学观点来看,指导高职生就业要做好三方面工作:指导树立现代择业观念;指导进行择业双向评价;指导矫正择业错位心理。

One of the effective measures to improve the utilization rate of persons with ability is raising graduates＇ employment rate. From the viewpoint of vocational educational psychology, when directing the graduates to choose career, there are three aspects that is to be done： guiding them to establish modem concept to choosing career; guiding the them to have bilateral evaluating; guding them to redress their inaccurate psychology of choosing career.
