Investigation and Analysis on Internship Situation of Hospitality Management in Hotel

大学生在校期间必须参加一定时间的实习,特别是酒店实习不仅是高专酒店管理专业学生学习生涯非常重要的一部分,同时也是高专酒店管理专业学生将所学的基础理论知识及专业技术知识与实际应用相结合的实践过程。然而就目前的酒店管理专业的实习来看,效果并不理想,因此,如何有效地开展酒店实习教育,提高酒店实习质量及效果,培养学生热爱本专业的兴趣和热情,仍是一个值得深入探讨的课题。

This author considers that internship for a college student is so important and indispensable for the on-campus student especially for the college student who majors in hospitality management, and hotel training is not only an important part of hotel professional studying, but also a practical process of applying their basic theory and special technologic knowledge to Practical Application. However, so far, the actual status is widely divergent. The paper points out two questions here and makes the discussion： how to develop hotel training education effectively for the on-campus enthusiasm in their major. college students; and how to foster students＇ interests and
