摘要
在经济全球化、信息一体化、利益多元化的形势下,建立和完善社会主义市场经济法制制度已成为市场经济发展最为迫切的要求和最基本的制度性保障。在市场经济体制下,劳动关系不断向复杂化,多元化发展。劳动关系双方各自具有独立的地位和利益,劳动关系的发展过程中,双方利益冲突是不可避免的。为了协调劳动关系维护劳动者的合法权益,我们需要更进一步完善劳动立法,特别是关于劳动者单方解除劳动合同方面的立法。
Under the situation of economy globalization, information integration, and multiplication of interests, it has been an urgent need and basic institutional safeguard to establish and improve the legal system in socialist market economy. In the market economy system, labor relations continue to be complicated and diversified. Therefore, it's inevitable for both parties to be in conflict as they have their own independent status and respective interests. In order to coordinate the work relations and to defend the laborers' legitimate rights and interests, we need to further improve the labor legislation, especially in the aspect of laborers' unilateral cancellation of labor contract.
