德育是班主任工作的核心,美育应该是德育体系中的灵魂。年轻的学生们纷飞的思绪、澎湃的激情、丰富的想象力都是生命中最优秀的特质,这些特质正好与美育的特质相契合,因此加强学校美育势在必行。高职班主任可通过营造以环境美为中心的班级文化、渗透美育因素的主题班会,来实现美育德育化,培养学生高尚的人格和心灵。

Moral education is the core of class advisor＇ work, and aesthetic education is the soul of the moral education system. The active thinking, insurgent passion and rich imagination of young students are the best qualities in their lives, which are corresponded to those of aesthetic education. The article deals with the necessary to reinforce aesthetic education in colleges and the methods of class advisor＇ work, such as creating the class culture which is centered with environment beauty, holding theme meetings which are penetrated with aesthetics, to fulfill moral education and foster students＇ noble and sound souls.
