人类遗传病再发风险估计是临床遗传咨询的核心内容,本文旨在介绍一种在夫妇双方或一方基因型根据家系所提供的信息不能确定,而家系中又提供有其他信息的情况下,对再发风险率估计十分有效的方法——Bayes定律估算,从而使遗传咨询结果更为准确。

The appraisal on relapse of human hereditary disease is the focal work of clinical heredity interrogation. This paper aims to introduce a very effective way, namely Bayes theory, which makes the result of heredity interrogation correct when the gene type of a couple or one of a couple can not be determined on the information given by their families.
