On Lawful Problems of Establishing Marriage Concerning Americans

中国婚姻法和美国婚姻法既有共同点,也存在诸多差异。笔者通过对两国法律关于结婚、离婚方面规定的比较,提出缔结涉美婚姻要注意程序、心理、风险等方面的问题。

There are not only many common grounds but also many differences between Chinese and American Marriage Law. Through comparing the lawful rules of the two countries, the writer illustrates several problems on procedures, psychology and risks of establishing marriage concerning Americans.
