摘要
素质教育由基础教育拓展到高等职业教育有一个历史过程。高职学生的素质结构可确定为文化素质、职业素质和思想道德素质三个要素。要全面推进以职业素质教育为核心的素质教育,具体体现在要突出职业道德教育;构建面向职业生涯的课程体系;推进以职业能力为主线的课程改革;实施以职业技能为目标的“双证书”制度;营造富有职业教育特色的校园文化。
Quality-oriented education has a historical course in which basic education expanded to higher vocational education. The quality structure of higher vocational students can be asserted as cultural quality, vocational quality and ideological-moral quality---three essential factors. To fully promote quality-oriented education focused on vocational quality-oriented education at present, this paper points out that this theory presents the concrete expression to highlight vocational moral education, to construct curriculum systems based on vocational career, to advance curriculum reformation with the main thread of professional abilities, to execute "double certificates" system that aims at vocational skills, and to create campus culture rich in vocational education characteristics.
