摘要
近代许多位置相邻的港口因诸种原因而发生中心地位转移。以往研究侧重在港口间的地理区位、自然条件、交通运输等客观因素比较,本文则以营口、大连两港的发展比较为实例分析,提出市场型港口和企业型港口两个概念,强调运营制度差异是导致港口中心地位转移的关键因素之一。
The rise and fall between the Bordering ports in the modern times had a lot of reasons. Most studies had emphasized particularly on the geographical location, physical conditions, transportation and so on. From the case of the comparison of the development between Yingkou and dalian port, I think the two ports had not the same systems, one was market port, the other was company port. The institution was important factors in the progress of the port's position changes.
