二十世纪八九十年代世界范围内兴起了新一轮民族主义浪潮,并且呈现方兴未艾之势。它不仅推动了国际关系的演进、发展,而且对我国的政治、经济和文化的发展产生了重大影响。因此,深入研究冷战后世界民族主义兴起对我国的影响,并制定相应的对策,是当前我国应对这场新民族主义浪潮挑战所要解决的重要理论与实践课题。

A wave of nationalism in was started in the world, in 1980s and 1990s. This trend not only promoted the evolution of international relationships, but also had a great influence on our politics, economy and culture. Therefore, further study on the upsurge of world wide nationalism, its influence and taking measure to deal with it have become major subject both in theory and practice under the challenge of trend of nationalism.
