摘要
本文试从日本侵占辽宁时期实行20年的三审制之司法制度研究入手,揭示辽宁人民遭受日本殖民统治的悲惨状况,进而引起人们对这段历史的关注。
In the 40-year colonial rule of Liaoning province under Japan, judicial system underwent several changes. Among them, the three-trial judicial system had been implemented for 20 years till the defeat of Japan in 1945. The article will focus on the three-trial system which was carried out in Liaoning under Japanese occupation in order to disclose the tragic situation of Liaoning people in that period and call for people＇s attention to the history of that period.
