摘要 对β-环糊精进行羧甲基化、酰氯化,再通过酰胺化反应使之接枝到壳聚糖分子结构上,合成一种新型的化学修饰β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖。研究了其对水溶液中苯酚、对壬基苯酚和间苯二酚的吸附性能,考察温度、pH值、吸附时间、酚溶液初始浓度等因素对其性能的影响。实验结果表明:β-环糊精接枝壳聚糖吸附性能优于壳聚糖本身的吸附性能;对酚的最佳吸附条件是:温度为30℃,pH=2.65,吸附时间为6 h,酚的初始质量浓度为120 mg/L。 The synthesis of a novel chitosan derivative bearing β-cyclodextrin was studied, which was divided into two steps. The first step was the preparation of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin, then it was acyl chlorided. The second step was that β-cyclodextrin was grafted onto the chitosan skeleton by the reaction of acidamide. The adsorptions of phenol,n-nonylphenol and resorcinol with this kind of chitosan derivative bearing β-cyclodextrin were investigated.The effects of temperature, pH value, adsorption time and initial concentration on adsorption content were studied. The results show that its adsorption content is superior to that of the unmodified chitosan.And the adsorption content is optimal when the temperature is 30 ℃, pH=2.65, adsorption time is 6 h and initial concentration is 120 mg/L.
