砷硫铅质金矿中金的氰化试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 某砷硫铅质金矿中金的品位为17~18g/T,砷的质量分数为20.1%~20.5%范围,硫的质量分数为18.46%,铅的质量分数为3.05%等以及其他的元素干扰使金的氰化浸出率为5%~10%范围内。矿样经过氧化12~15h后,在防膜剂和活化剂存在下,金的氰化浸出率可达80%~85%范围。二次氰化浸出后,可使金的氰化浸出率达90%以上,能获得较好的经济效益。 The content of gold in the gold ore containing arsenic, sulphur and lead is about 17 to 18g/T, and the gold ore contains 20. 1 - 20.5 (mass fraction) arsenic, 18.46% sulphur and 3.05% lead, which restricts the cyanide leaching rate also disturbed by other elements within 5% 10%. However, the gold leaching rate reaches 80%-85% with the existence of anti-film agent and activator after the ore is oxidized for 12 - 15h. Moreover, the gold leaching rate reaches beyond 90% after cyanide leaching for the second time, which can benefit a lot.
