环境问题越来越受到重视,可持续发展、工业生态等概念应运而生。传统的机械制造模式已经不能适应可持续发展的要求。分析了传统制造模式的缺陷,提出了基于全生命周期的机械制造业闭环生态模式。对实施这种模式所涉及的面向环境的设计技术、绿色制造技术、绿色维修技术、拆卸与回收技术等关键技术进行了阐述。

The disfigurements of traditional manufacturing mode are analyzed. A closed-loop ecology mode of mechanical manufacturing industry is put forward based on life-cycle. Critical design technologies for environment, green manufacturing, green maintenance, disassembly and recycling are expounded.
