针对纸箱生产企业缺乏合理的原纸规格规划,导致仓库安全库存节节上升,呆滞品增多的问题,着眼于经济、管理和产品质量指标,提出采用适当减少原纸规格的方法以提高原纸仓库管理效率.设计评估原纸规格精简方案合理性的指标体系,并基于三端点区间数方法集结多位专家的评估意见,按照各方案的得分高低将被评估方案排序,从而得到较为满意的精简方案.

To solve the problem of being short of reasonable specification arrange in the base paper production enterprise, which lead to the security stock and dead stock increasing continuously, the measure of reducing the paper specification to improve the warehouse management efficiency is suggested based on the economy index, management index and production quality index. The analytic hierarchy process is adopted to simplify the paper specification, and the alternative rationality evaluation index is put forward. Then, to concentrate the numerous experts＇ preference, the three-point interval number is used. Finally, the satisfaction simplifying project is obtained via the score of each alternative.
