益肾活血法对频复发性肾病患儿皮质醇、血栓素B_2、6-酮-前列腺素_(1α)的影响

Effect of Reinforcing Kidney and Activating Blood Method on Hydrocortisone,TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF_(1α) in Children FRNS

目的观察益肾活血中药肾康灵对频复发性肾病(FRNS)血栓素B2(TXB2)患儿、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)及皮质醇的影响,探讨FRNS的发病机理及益肾活血法干预治疗的作用机制。方法收集25例FRNS患儿分为治疗组和对照组,选择10名健康儿童(健康对照组)作为正常对照。观察治疗组和对照组在治疗前后血皮质醇及血和24小时尿TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α,以及血浆白蛋白、血胆固醇等的变化。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前血浆皮质醇、血和尿TXB2、尿6-keto-PGF1α、血和尿TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值与健康对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组血浆皮质醇、血和尿TXB2、血6-keto-PGF1α、血和尿TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值与治疗前比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,血TXB2、血和尿6-keto-PGF1α、血TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α比值差异有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论FRNS患儿存在血皮质醇低下,TXB2/PGF1α失衡,益肾活血中药肾康灵干预治疗能明显提高血皮质醇、纠正TXB2/PGF1α失衡、改善血液高凝状态。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenkangling （Herbs for Kidney Disease） on changes of thromboxane B2（TXB2）, 6 ketone prostaglandin F1α（6-keto-PGF1α） and hydrocortisone in frequently Relapsing Nephrotic Syndrome （FRNS）, and to study the mechanism of FRNS and the functional mechanism of herbal medicines. Methods The 25 cases of children FRNS were divided into treatment groups and control group, and 10 healthy children were taken in the normal control group. The changes of plasma hydrocortisone, blood and 24h urine TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α ,A1B and cholesterol of the treatment and the control group before and after treatment were observed. Results Before treatment, compared with the normal control group, the difference in plasma hydrocortisone, blood and urine TXB2, urine 6-keto-PGF1α, and the ratio of blood and urine TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1α of the treatment group and the control was significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment, plasma hydrocortisone, blood and urine TXB2, blood 6-keto-PGF1α, and the ratio of blood and urine TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1α of both treated groups was significantly improved （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. After treatment, difference between the treated groups in blood TXB2, blood, and urine 6-keto-PGF1α, and the ratio of blood TXB2 to 6-keto-PGF1α was significant （P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In children FRNS, there exists the lowered blood hydrocortisone and imbalance of TXB2/PGF1α. The herbal treatment with Shenkangling based on the principle of Reinforcing kidney and activating blood can greatly increase blood hydrocortisone and correct the imbalance of TXB2/PGF1α to improve the highly coagulated state of blood.
