糖痹胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变50例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tangbi Capsule for 50 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy of Qi Deficiency with Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的观察糖痹胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将111例气虚血瘀型DPN患者随机分为3组,中药组50例,给予糖痹胶囊;西药组29例,给予弥可保及肠溶阿司匹林;中西药组32例,在西药组基础上给予糖痹胶囊,疗程8周,对治疗前后临床症状、体征及神经传导速度进行比较。结果中药组总有效率为88.0%,西药组总有效率为58.6%,中西药组总有效率为84.4%,3组总有效率比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论糖痹胶囊能明显改善DPN患者临床症状及痛、温、触觉障碍,并能改善神经传导速度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tangbi Capsule （Capsule for Diabetes） on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） of qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome. Methods Totally 11 cases of diabetics of qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome were randomized into 3 groups： the herb group （50 cases）, was given Tangbi Capsule; the western drug group （29 cases）, given Methycobal and Aspirin; and the herb plus western drug group（32 cases）, given Tangbi Capsule, Methycobal and Aspirin. The treatment course was 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms, signs and nerve conduction velocity was compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of herb group, western drug group and herb plus western drug group was 88.0%, 58.6%, and 84.4% respectively. The difference of three groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Tangbi Capsule is able to obviously improve the clinical symptoms of diabetics of qi deficiency with blood stasis syndrome and their abnormal sense of pain, heat and touch, and improve nerve conduction velocity as well.
