中医隐症初步临床研究

Clinical Study on the Yin (not-yet-manifested) Symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨和研究中医隐症的客观存在和实质,扩展中医辨证论治的范畴。方法选择无任何症状和体征的健康体检者615例,观察其体检时出现的异常项目,再根据藏象学说和气血津液学说,将现代医学检查出现异常的项目分类为脏腑隐症(包括心隐症、肝胆隐症、脾胃隐症、肺隐症、肾隐症)和气血津液隐症,并进行统计学处理。结果发现检查异常项目共计197项,隐症患者119例。脏腑隐症中,心隐症57例,肝胆隐症51例,脾胃隐症6例,肺隐症4例,肾隐症17例;气血津液隐症共计31例。结论中医隐症客观存在,并在无症状和体征的健康体检者中占较高的比例,引入中医隐症理论,可为中医辨证论治提供一个更加广阔的视野,提高辨证论治的水平。

Objective To study the objective existence of Yin （not-yet-manifested） symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in order to enlarge the category of syndrome differentiation of TCM. Methods The 615 healthy subjects who had the physical check were involved in the observation. According to the theories of Zangxiang （viscera manifestation） and Qi, Blood and Body Fluid of TCM, the abnormal findings of those who had no symptoms were divided into Zangfu （viscera） Yin （not-yet-manifested） symptoms （including the heart Yin symptoms, liver and gall bladder Yin symptoms, spleen and stomach Yin symptoms, lung Yin symptoms, and kidney Yin symptoms） and Qi, Blood and Body Fluid Yin symptoms. The data were processed with statistics. Results Totally 197 items were found abnormal and the 119 cases were found to be Yin symptom patients. Of them, there were 57 heart Yin symptom patients, 51 liver and gall bladder Yin symptom patients, 6 spleen and stomach Yin symptom patients, 4 lung Yin symptom patients, 17 kidney Yin symptom patients, and 31 Qi, Blood and Body Fluid Yin symptom patients. Conclusion Yin symptom of TCM was an objective existence and occupied a relatively high percentage in those who had no symptom and sign in physical check. The theory of Yin symptom will make the category of TCM differentiation widened and the level of diagnosis enhanced.
