摘要
对比分析了石油装备钻机、修井机提升系统上使用的关键部件钩体的几种铸造工艺方案,经过生产实践和借助先进计算机数值模拟软件,总结出了每种铸造工艺方案的优势和劣势。根据石油装备工作环境特点和其他方面综合分析比较,找出一种工艺方案不仅便于生产操作,生产出的铸件有良好的内部质量和表面质量,而且具有很好的经济性和很强的市场竞争力。
Several cast programs for the key part hook that is used on the hoisting system of drilling rig and work over rig were discussed and compared. Based on production practice and computer numerical simulation, the merits and demerits of each program are summarized. According to general analysis for the working environment and other aspects of petroleum equipment, a cast program is not only convenient for operation which can produce cast with good inner and surface quality, but also is economical and has survived market competition.
