常州新龙大桥主桥钢桁拱──梁安装施工技术

Installation Construction Techniques for Steel Truss Arch-Girder of Main Bridge of Xinlong Bridge in Changzhou

常州新龙大桥主桥为30.7 m+100.0 m+30.7 m三跨连续中承式钢桁架拱桥,是国内首座该类型的公路桥梁。介绍该主桥采用满樘膺架法安装钢桁拱—梁的施工方法。阐述了满樘膺架支承体系搭设、钢桁拱—梁安装、拱肋合龙及高强度螺栓施拧等施工工艺。工程实践表明,该施工方法合理,也为同类工程施工提供了借鉴。

The main bridge of Xinlong bridge in Changzhou is a 3-span continuous half through steel truss arch bridge with 30.7 m + 100 m +30.7 m in length.It is the first highway bridge in China among the same kind of bridges.This paper introduces a construction method of installing steel truss arch-girder of the main bridge by full space scaffolding.The construction techniques of erecting full space scaffolding supporting system,installing steel truss arch-girder,closuring arch ribs and tightening high strength bolts are expatiated.This practice proves that the construction method is reasonable and provides the reference for the same project construction.
