摘要
对工程投资的控制,要重视设计阶段对投资的控制。介绍了限额设计的含义、实施措施。通过其道路工程实例,对初步设计阶段限额设计的要点进行了分析。
The control of investment through design section should be valued in order to control the project investment.The meaning of norm design,measures were introduced in this paper.And through the practice,the key points analysis of norm design of preliminary design section was presented.
