浅谈建筑物层高对造价的影响

On Influence of Building Storey Height on Its Cost

通过对层高增加引起的柱、梁、板单位造价、单位建筑面积造价、材料造价变化的定量分析,得出层高的增加将引起建筑物单位造价的增加,同时提出建筑设计在满足建筑物使用功能的前提下,力求以最小的投入使建筑物在使用功能、艺术造型等诸方面取得最大的产出。要求对工程造价进行科学的权衡,以达到最佳的功能造价比,以获取最大的经济效益。

The quantitative analysis of the unit cost of piers,beams and plates,unit construction area cost and the change of material cost caused by the heightening of storey height,showed that the heightening of storey height would lead the adding of building unit cost.When building design has met with the operation functions,the building would better gain the best effect in operation functions and art aesthetics with the less investment.The project cost should be thought about scientifically to arrive at the best ratio of functions and cost,then,to gain the most economic profit.
