摘要
目的:对湖北栝楼种子的不皂化部分进行化学成分研究。方法:石油醚提取脂肪油,氢氧化钾进行皂化反应,对不皂化部分进行硅胶色谱的分离和纯化,用MS,IR,1H-NMR和13C-NMR波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果:分离获得并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为栝楼仁二醇(1),异栝楼仁二醇(2),5-脱氢栝楼仁二醇(3),7-氧代二氢栝楼仁二醇(4),豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(5),豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(6),10α-葫芦二烯醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8),豆甾-7,22-二烯-3β-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论:这些化合物均为首次从该植物分离获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of unsaponifiable matter from the seed oil of Trichosanthes hupehensis. Method: The fatty oil from the seeds of T. hupehensis was extracted with petroleum ether. The saponification was carried out with potassium hydroxide. The unsaponifiable matter was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by means of MS, IR, UV, and ^1H-NMR. Result: Karounidiol, isokarounidiol, 5-dehydrokarounidiol, 7-oxodihydrokarounidiol, stigmast-7-en-3β-ol, stigmast-7, 22-dien-3β-ol, 10α-Cucurbitadienol, β-sitosterol, stigmast-7, 22-dien-3β-O-β-D-glucoside were elucidated. Conclusion: All of these compounds were found in this plant for the first time.
