摘要
目的:采用RP—HPLC测定茅苍术中β-桉叶醇的含量,为茅苍术质量标准研究提供依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(68:32);流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长200nm;柱温为25℃。结果:测得10批茅苍术药材中β-桉叶醇含量为0.833~4.466mg·g^-1,β-桉叶醇为0.048~1.200μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.3%,RSD1.4%(n=9)。结论:建立了高效液相色谱法测定茅苍术中β-桉叶醇含量的方法,该方法准确,可靠,可用于茅苍术药材的测定。
Objective: To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination ofβ-eudesmol in rhizome ofAtractylodes lancea, and to provide valuble data for quality control of A. lancea. Method: The samples were separated on an Inertsil ODS-3 ( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water( 68: 32). Flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 200 nm. Column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The contents ofβ-eudesmol determinated was 0. 833-4. 466 mg ·g^-1 ,The linear range of β-eudesmol was 0. 048-1. 200μg(r =0. 999 9) ,the average recovery was 99.3% ,RSD was 1.4% (n =9). Conclusion: The method for quantitation ofβ-eudesmol in A. lancea was accurate and reliable, which can be used to evaluate the quality of rhizome of A. lancea.
