Objective:Discussing the influence of yanyong paste to melanin calm model mouse skin made by ultraviolet ray illumination in melanophore distribution,secretionfunction and hyperoxide mutase(SOD) and peroxidation lipin(LPO)active influence.Methods:The experiment brings up the mouse melanin calm model in the way of ultraviolet ray illumination;Separately usesthe hyperoxide mutasereagent box and the peroxidation lipinreagent box test yanyong paste to the mouse skin in SOD and the LPO influence;observes the melanophore and the melanin in skin quantityand the distributed situation with HE dyeingmethod under the light microscope.Results:yanyong paste high and low dosage team skin the SOD activeness is obviously elevate to comparison group,the LPO content reduces,the melanophore and the melanin also obviously reduces in skin quantity and the distribution.Conclusion:yanyong paste has the obvious suppression function to themel-anophore and the melanin secretion.
