用单克隆抗体纯化酶联免疫吸附试验监测猪瘟抗体发现隐性猪瘟

PPA ELISA TEST IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF SUBCLINICAL HOG CHOLERA INFECTION

用单克隆抗体纯化酶联免疫吸附试验监测猪瘟血清抗体。测得该场母猪４０份血清样品中，猪瘟弱毒抗体效价ＯＤ值较高，有１００％保护率，测得仔猪２４０份血清样品中，猪瘟弱毒抗体效价ＯＤ值适中，有８７．６％的保护率。但是发现母猪群中有１０％隐性猪瘟感染，仔猪群中有３．７％隐性猪瘟感染，其强毒抗体效价ＯＤ大于０．５，体内带有猪瘟病毒，且不显临床症状。遇见免疫接种、转群、气候骤变等应激，则发生非典型猪瘟。

In an evalution of serum antibody to hog cholera virus with the method of PPA ELISA on a pig farm,the OD values of serum samples from 40 sows were so high that 100% of those inoculated were protected The lower OD values in serum samples from 240 piglets showed a 86 7% protection rate It was found that 10% of the sows and 3 7% of the piglets detected were infected with hog cholera subclinically although their OD values were more than 0 5,and when they were attacked by stress factors such as inoculation,movement and sudden change of weather,atypical hog cholera occurred It is suggested that sows with subclinical infection may spread the virus to others through horizontal and vertical transmission
