摘要 综述了有关IGFs基础研究方面的进展,特别是对小鼠、仔猪及新生儿胃肠道及其黏膜系统之间的关系等方面的进展。这为合理有效地利用IGFs重要资源(特别是牛初乳资源)提供研究的科学依据和途径。 This article is a review about the process of researching IGFs, especially the relations of IGF with the gastrointestinal （GI） tract and GI mucosa ,which in the rats,neonatal-pigs and neonates. This can provide the accordance and approach by availably and reasonably utilize the important resource of the IGF, specially the resource of the bovine colostrums.
