5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药不良反应及药物相互作用

Analysis of SSRI-induced Adverse Reaction and Drug Interaction

目的:了解5-羟色胺再摄取抑制药(SSRI)使用发生不良反应的情况,为合理使用药提供警示。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和美国NLM PubMed查询系统,对2001年1月～2006年8月收到的SSRI类药物所致的不良反应进行统计,并分析药物的相互作用。结果:六种SSRI类药物诱发的不良反应98例,其中氟西汀引起的不良反应最多,抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征(SIADH)是最常见的不良反应,同时也会出现少见的不良反应。结论:临床应重视SSRI类药物的严重不良反应及药物的相互作用,以确保用药安全。

Objective： To understand the adverse reaction of SSRI, provide warning of the drug rational use. Method： The cases of ADR of SSRI were searched through CNKI and PubMeD from January,2000 to August,2006 and the interaction with other medications were as well. Result： The ADR of fluoxetine happened most, and SIADH was the main reaction in all the 98 cases, also there were some ADRs seldom appeared. Conclusion： It must attach attention to the serious ADR and drug interaction of SSRI so that the rational use of drugs can be assured.
