摘要
目的:建立硫酸金刚烷胺含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱法(GC),以金刚烷为内标,色谱柱为SE-54毛细管柱,FID检测器,程序升温,高纯氮气为载气,流速为480 ml·min^(-1)。结果:硫酸金刚烷胺在0.503~1.522 mg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),硫酸金刚烷胺平均回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.54%。结论:此法简单、快速、准确,可用于测定硫酸金刚烷胺的含量。
Objective: To establish a method of determination the content of amantadine sulfate. Method: Capillary gas chromatography (GC) was used. Adamantane was used as inter-standard, the content of amantadine sulfate was determined by SE-54 capillary column with FID detector, programmed temperature and high pure nitrogen were used as carrier gas with the flow rate of 480 ml·min^-1. Result: The linear range of amantadine sulfate was 0.503 - 1. 522 mg·ml^-1, the average recovery of amantadine sulfate was 99.86% with RSD of 0.54%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate, it can be used to determine the content of amantadine sulfate.
