摘要
目的:建立抗感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对金银花、连翘、荆芥、板蓝根进行鉴别,用HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白对照无干扰;黄芩苷在0.075~0.67μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为97.3%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Kangganmao granules. Method: Flos lonicerae japonicae, fructus forsythiae,herba schizonepetae and radix isatidis were identified by TLC, and the content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Result: The TLC spots were quite clear, the blank test showed no interference. The linear range of baicalin was 0. 075 - 0.67 μg, r = 0. 999 6, the average recovery was 97.3%, RSD = 1.1% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
