毛细管气相色谱法测定消癌胶囊中麝香酮和冰片的含量

Determination the Contents of Muscone and Borneol in Xiaoai Capsules by Capillary gas Chromatography

目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定消癌胶囊中麝香酮和冰片的含量方法。方法:分别采用毛细管色谱柱DB-35MS (300 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)及DB-WAX(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),采用程序升温的毛细管气相色谱法测定麝香酮和冰片的含量Fld检测器。结果:麝香酮的线性范围为4.2～168μg·ml^(1-)(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.7%(n=8),RSD= 2.8%;冰片的线性范围为0.03～0.4 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.5%。结论:该方法具有简便、快速、准确等特点,可有效控制本制剂的质量。

Objective： To establish a method for determination the contents of muscone and borneol in xiaoai capsules by C. G. C. Method： The muscone was determined by C. G. C with DB-35MS column（ 30 m×0. 25 mm ,0.25 μm） , borneol was determined by C. G. C with DB-WAX column（30 m×0. 25 mm ,0.25 μm） , were programmed, the detector was FID. Result： The linear ranges of muscone and borneol were at 4.2 - 168 μg·ml^-1 and 0. 03 - 0. 4 mg·ml^-1 respectively, the average recoveries were 98.7% （ n = 8 ） and 100.7% （n =6） with RSD 2.8% and 2.5% respectively. Conclusion： the method is simple, rapid and precise, it can be used for quality control of xiaoai capsules.
