羟苯磺酸钙治疗早期糖尿病肾病56例

Calcium Dobesilate on Treatment of 56 Patients with Early Stage of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察羟苯磺酸钙对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者尿蛋白的排泄和肾功能的影响。方法:56例早期DN患者在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊(1500 mg·d^(-1)),观察12周。结果:病人治疗前后空腹血糖均无统计学改变(P>0.05);尿微量白蛋白下降,Ccr也明显降低(P<0.01),但BUN、Cr无明显改变。结论:早期DN的治疗中使用羟苯磺酸钙,可以降低尿蛋白排泄,阻止肾脏损害的发展,保护肾功能。

Objective： To evaluate the clinically effects of calcium dobesilate on patients with early stage of diabetic nephropathy （DN） on excretion of urine protein and kidney function. Method： Fifty-six patients with early stage of DN based on conventional therapy of diabetes were treated with calcium dobesilate capsules（ 1 500 mg·d^-1）and observed for 12 weeks. Result： Blood BUN, and Cr were no significant changed（ all P 〉 0.05 ） ; Excretion of urine trace albumin was decreased markedly, so did Ccr （ both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Calcium dobesilate capsules can decrease the excretion of urine protein, inhibit the progression of kidney damage, and protect renal function.
