Beyond冷光增白术的临床疗效及安全性的评价

The effect and safety of Beyond cold light whitening kit on bleaching

目的:探讨Beyond冷光增白术对各类异常着色牙的临床疗效及安全性。方法:58例异常着色牙包括生理性黄牙、外源性黄牙、内源性黄牙,进行冷光增白术治疗,观察美白效果、牙面光泽度及术后牙齿敏感情况,术后1,3,6个月复查受试者牙齿的反色度。结果:牙齿增白的总有效率为88%。各种异常着色牙的显效率有明显差别。其中生理性黄牙、外源性着色牙效果最好,釉质发育不全和氟斑牙效果相近效果最差。冷光美白不影响牙面光泽度。术后病人均有不同程度的牙齿酸痛症状,但24h后都能缓解;追踪复查显示术后6个月内大多数病人的牙齿颜色保持稳定。结论:Beyond冷光增白术是一种快捷、有效、安全的增白方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit on bleaching discolored teeth. Methods：Fifty eight discolored teeth,including physiological discolored teeth,exogenous discolored teeth, endogenous discolored teeth were bleached with Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit to observe the bleaching effects,and the sensitivity of the teeth and the luster of the teeth. The color improvement was assessed in 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Results：The total effective rate of bleaching reached 88%. There was significant difference in the effective rate between all kinds of discolored teeth,with the best results in physiological teeth and exogenous teeth and the worst results in enamel hypoplasia and dental fluorosis. The effects of cold light whitening was stable and the luster of the teeth was not affected. The tooth sensitivity might appear after the treatment and relieved in 24 bows. The color improvement of most patients was maintained up to 6 months. Conclusion：Beyond cold light tooth whitening kit is proved to be an effective, safe and quick method of bleaching.
