经济伦理学与马克思的资本理论——利用资本发展社会主义市场经济的若干思考

Business Ethics and Karl Marx's Theory of capital-Some Reflections on the Use of Capital for Developing the Socialist Market Economy in China

利用资本发展社会主义市场经济,不仅应充分肯定资本的文明化趋势,而且应看到它的内在限制,并探索克服其矛盾的条件和途径。马克思有关资本的理论为我们提供了理解和正确处理资本问题的钥匙;同时,已将资本用了四百多年的西方社会所探索到的,以"经济伦理学"而闻名的学科所研究和总结的经验教训,也值得我们借鉴。

The use of capital for developing the socialist market economy in China should not only fully affirm the trend of civilization by capital, but also recognize the inherent limitations for it, and explore conditions and ways to overcome its contradictions. Meanwhile, the lessons and experiences identified with what is known as 'business ethics' by the West societies have used capital for over four hundred years deserve to be used for our reference. Based on Karl Marx's Manuscript on Economics in 1857-1858 and Das Kapital, this paper tries to explore the issue about use of capital from business ethics perspective, in order further to arouse the attention on the issue in theory and in practice.
