uNK细胞在早孕蜕膜促血管生成作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 胚胎种植于子宫内膜是人类妊娠的关键步骤,血管生成/重建是胚胎种植过程中子宫内膜蜕膜化的一个重要变化,但参与调节的因素目前尚不清楚。近年来对子宫自然杀伤细胞(uNK细胞)的研究表明,其通过细胞因子对血管生成/重建具有重要作用,而其本身又受到多方面因素的调节。本文就对uNK细胞的促血管生成作用及其调节因素进行综述。
