青钢2^#高炉降低综合焦比的实践

摘要 青钢2#高炉大修投产后,各项技术经济指标一直不理想,经过几个月的摸索和尝试,通过采取精料入炉、富氧喷煤、装料制度调剂、炉顶设备检修、加强炉前操作及使用全风温等一系列措施,对高炉的稳定顺行、高利用系数起到了积极的作用,焦比从384 kg/t降至365 kg/t,综合焦比493 kg/t。同时提出了2#高炉应更换为长风口、发展中心煤气流及提高风温等进一步降低焦比的建议。 The technical and economic indicators of Qingdao steel' s No.2 BF had been unsatisfactory since blowing in after overhaul. After several months of exploring and trying and adopting a series of measures such as charging of beneficiated burden, oxygen-enriched pulverized coal-injection, charging system dispensing, the top equipment maintenance, strengthening the operation front of furnace and high blast temperature, which played a positive role in the stable smooth operation and high utilization factor of the blast furnace, the coke ratio was reduced from 384 kg/t to 365 kg/t and the fuel consumption to 493 kg/t. At the same time, some suggestions that reduce the coke ratio further such as long tuyere should be used in No.2 BF, developing center gas flow and improving blast temperature were put forward.
