摘要
由于焦化废水生物脱氮系统冬季开工,针对气温、水温低,污泥中微生物活性小以及原料废水短缺等问题,经系统分析及合理安排,采取向好氧池内通蒸汽保温、预先向好氧池投加活性污泥再加废水等措施,投产7d后,出水氨氮达到了15 mg/L以下,达到了国家一级排放标准。确保了焦化系统工程实现"三同时",同时使新建焦化工序废水实现了"零排放"。
Because the biological denitration system for coking wastewater treatment started working in winter, the air temperature and the water temperature were low and then the activity of the microbe in sludge was little. In addition to, the wastewater as raw material was lack. By system analysis and reasonable arrangement, some measures were adopted such as supplying steam to aeration tank for heat preservation, supplying sludge to acration tank before providing waster water. The discharge concentration of NH3- N was below 15 mg/L and met the state's first-class discharge standard 7 days later. The coking system project carried out "Three Simultaneity" smoothly and the wastewater of new coking working procedure carried out "zero discharge" at the same time.
