摘要
2007年2月份,济钢高炉炉渣中Al2O3的含量大幅度升高,影响到高炉的稳定顺行,运用六西格玛的数理统计分析方法,对表现最为突出的1#350 m3高炉相邻月份炉渣Al2O3的波动情况进行了分析,找出了影响高炉炉渣Al2O3的关键因素为燃料比和原料带入量,建立了高炉炉渣Al2O3分析公式并提出了控制目标模型。
The Al2O3 content in BF slag increased sharply and this destroyed the smooth running of the BFs of Jinan Iron and Steel Corporation in Feb, 2007. In order to solve this problem, the statistical and analyzing method of 6 siena management theory was applied to make an analysis of the Al2O3 content fluctuation and its effects in two continuous months on the No. 1 BF which was most vulnerable. It was found that the key factors that determine the Al2O3 content in the slag are fuel consumption ratio and the quantity of Al2O3 brought in with raw materials. And a formula was established to make analysis of Al2O3 content in the slag and a controlling model for Al2O3 target was put forward.
