摘要
济钢3#1 750 m3高炉冷却壁水管损坏,2007年3月停炉中修,清除残余焦炭100 t,更换了风口区冷却壁。由于开炉准备充分,配料计算精确、装料制度合理、操作参数选取得当,高炉开炉2 d即喷煤,第3 d利用系数即达到2.48 t/(m3.d),实现了开炉后3个月休风率为零。
Due to the breakage of water pipe of cooling stave, Jinan Steel's No.3 1750 m^3 blast furnace blowing down for intermediate reline. 100 tons remaining coke were eliminated and the cooling staves in tuyere zone were replaced in March, 2007. Because of prepare full, accurate calculation for proportioning, reasonable charging system and appreciate operation parameters selected, pulverized coal injection was resumed on the second day after blow-in and the productivity reached 2.48 t/ (m^3·d) on the third day and downtime percentage reached zero in three months after blow-in.
