莱钢2~#1000m^3高炉低硅冶炼实践

摘要 莱钢2#1 000 m3高炉自开炉以来,通过加强原燃料管理,调整布料矩阵,摸索合理的操作制度,维持足够的鼓风动能和理论燃烧温度,保证足够的炉缸温度和活跃的炉缸工作状态,达到了低硅冶炼的目的,使铁水含硅量一直控制在0.37%左右的较低水平。 Since the 2^#1000m^3 BF in Laiwu Steel blowing-in, through strengthening management for raw material and fuel, adjusting burden distribution mode, groping the reasonable operation system, and maintaining enough blast momentum and raceway adiabatic flame temperature to ensure adequate hearth temperature and active state of the hearth, the purpose of low silicon smelting had been achieved and silicon content in hot metal had been controlled about 0.37% in the lower level.
