假设检验在超细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋研制中的应用

摘要 利用假设检验这一统计工具,对改进工艺取消钒氮合金生产超细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋过程中的性能数据进行分析处理,讨论改进工艺对产品性能的影响。通过对工艺改进前后抗拉强度数据的方差和均值进行假设检验,得出在显著性水平0.05下两总体的方差和均值都相等,从而得出采用新工艺对产品性能影响不大这一结论,为改进工艺提供了理论依据。 Using the statistical tool of hypothesis test, the performance data of the hot roiled rihbed steel bar produced by improved process instead of V and N alloying were analyzed and treated for discussing the infection of improved process on the performance of the products. The hypothesis test for the variance and average value of tensile strength data was carried out. Then two total variance and average value were all equal with a significant level of 0.05. Therefore, use the new process will have little infection on the product performances and providing the theo.etical basis for improving process.
