摘要 目的:基于多坐标系在人工牙三维数据上表达全口义齿排牙理论,用参数化语言全面描述排牙原则。方法:用三维层析法获取人工牙全表面数据。将教科书上的全口义齿排牙原则(文字描述性、多参照的),转换为与人工牙有空间关系的坐标系、标志点、参考线等参数化元素,并按照全口义齿美学要求创建边缘龈。结果:创建了用参数化语言描述、可用于排牙控制程序的人工牙三维图形数据库。结论:建立的人工牙三维图形数据库及其定位坐标系、姿态坐标系、标志点、参考线和边缘龈等,表达了全口义齿相关设计理论,可直接用于全口义齿计算机辅助设计。 Objective: To express tooth arrangement theory for complete denture based on multiple coordinate systems, and to describe the rules for tooth arrangement with parameters. Methods: As the entry data, the 3D point clouds of the artificial teeth were gotten by scanning full surface of the teeth with an automatic crossing section scanner. The described and multi-reference rules were transformed to the coordinate system, key points and reference lines. The marginal gingival was created according to the rules of denture esthetics. Results: The 3D graph database of one set of artificial teeth was described with parameters and could be used by control sequence for tooth arrangement. Conclusions: The correlated design theory of complete denture was expressed with the artificial teeth and their location coordinate system, stance coordinate system, key points, and reference lines. The 3D graphic database can be used directly in complete denture CAD.
