上颌肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损义齿修复对元音的影响

Effect of denture on vowels in the upper KennedyⅠdentition defect

目的:分析上颌肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损可摘局部义齿修复对元音声学特征的影响。方法:应用计算机语音分析系统,分析12例上颌肯氏I类牙列缺损患者可摘局部义齿初戴前、初戴时元音的声学特征。结果:元音/a/、/i/、/u/共振峰(F1、F2、F3)频率及第一共振峰带宽(B1)数据,在义齿初戴前后无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:上颌肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损可摘局部义齿修复对元音的声学特征没有影响。

Objective： To analyse the vowels acoustic characteristics of the removable partial denture in maxillary Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect before and after restoration. Methods： Using acoustic analysis computer system, we analyzed the vowels acoustic characteristics of 12 maxillary Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect patients, before and after the restoration of the partial denture. Results： There was no difference （P〉0.05）in vowels/a/,/i/,/u/formant （F1,F2,F3） and the first formant band width（B 1）, before and after restoration. Conclusion： Removable partial denture in maxillary Kennedy Ⅰ dentition defect has no effects on vowels.
