摘要
目的:对目前常用的排龈药物的排龈效果进行评价,为临床排龈药物的应用提供参考。方法:选择200例单个上前牙缺损的患者,按就诊次序随机分组,应用不同实验药物排龈,以量化打分来评价排龈效果的优劣。结果:3种排龈药物总积分与不含药组总积分有显著性差异(P<0.05),3种药物总积分无显著性差异(P=0.365);各组唇侧与腭侧积分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:药物排龈效果比单纯棉线排龈效果好,可以推广应用,而3种药物排龈效果无明显差别;在设计腭侧肩台时,尽量把肩台设计在龈上,这有利于基牙预备体肩台的清晰度。
Objective： To compare the effect of different gingival retraction agents on gingival retraction. Methods： 200 patients with single upper anterior missing tooth were randomly grouped according to the visiting sequence. Different agents were applied to retract gingival and the results were evaluated quantificationally. Results： The grade of 3 kinds of agents groups was different from the group containing no agent （P〈0.05）. The grade among the 3 kinds of agents had no significant difference. The grade of the buccal side and palatal side was different in every group. Conclusion： Gingival retraction effect is better when the cord contains retraction agents. Supragingival shoulder on palatal side is recommended to improve the marginal definition of preparations.
