摘要
目的:评价出比较理想的粘结剂和ZrO2表面处理方法。方法:将由ZrO2制成的较大瓷片(120个)和较小瓷片(120个),随机派对分成12组。对ZrO2的表面分别不作处理、喷砂、硅烷化、先喷砂后硅烷化处理。用Bifix QM、Super-Bond C&B和Panavia F三种树脂粘结剂将较小瓷片粘结在较大瓷片上。置于37℃蒸馏水里保存24h后,进行剪切粘结强度测试。结果:3种表面处理都提高了粘结强度(P<0.01),其中,先喷砂后硅烷化处理对粘结强度提高得最明显(P<0.01)。Panavia F、Super-Bond C&B与ZrO2的粘结强度明显高于BifixQM与ZrO2的粘结强度(P<0.01)。结论:先喷砂后硅烷化处理是一种比较理想的表面处理方法,Panavia F、Super-Bond C&B是比较理想的树脂粘结剂。
Objective: The aim of this study was to find the optimal choice of luting cement and surface treatments. The shear bond strength of three different commercial luting cements to the ceramic material was evaluated. The effect of surface treatments, sandblasting, silanizing, and combinations of these treatments was also investigated. Methods: 120 big discs of zirconia and 120 small discs of zirconia were randomly divided into 12 groups(A group included 10 big discs and l0 small discs). Three resin luting agents were chosen, including Panavia F, Super-Bond C&B and Bifix QM. Twelve groups of speciments surfaces were not treated, sandlasted, applyed with silane or sandlasted followed by silane application for application of Bifix QM, Super-Bond C&B and Panavia F. Bond area and bond thickness could be confned by using low-viscous polyethylene tape with inner diameter of 3.0mm and thickness of 50μm. Big discs and small discs were bonded by using cements. All cemented specimens were stored in 37℃ distilled water for 24 hours and tested under shear loading until fracture on the universal testing machine. Results: Differences between the no treatment groups and sandlasting groups, applying silane groups, sandlasting followed by silane application groups were highly significant (P〈0.01). Differences between sandlasting followed by silane application groups and sandlasting groups, applying silane groups were highly significant (P〈0.01). Bond strength of Panavia F and Super-Bond C&B to ZrO2 was higher than that of the others to ZrO2(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Surface treatment of sandlasting followed by silane application is recommended. Panavia F and Super-Bond C&B are recommended.
