摘要 分析了信息技术带给作战指挥的机遇与挑战:信息技术为大大提高指挥效能创造了客观前提,但是使这种有利条件变为现实还需要有创新的作战指挥理论来支持。在借鉴企业信息化过程中所走的弯路,以及通过建立工作流的模型辅助领域专家进行企业工作流程重组得到了成功经验的基础上,提出在当前大力进行指挥自动化建设的同时,势必要变革作战指挥机构组织方式、工作流程、信息流程,建模与仿真方法是这一过程中不可缺少的一个环节。说明了两种仿真系统(人在环仿真系统与无人在环仿真系统)的构造思路,并着重分析了无人在环仿真系统建模的关键要素:组织结构、工作流程、信息流程、指挥手段、指挥者行为等,说明了各个要素的建模重点以及建模方法等。 The opportunities and the challenge were analyzed which the information technology brought to the combat command. The information technology supplied precondition for rising command and control efficiency. But it was a long way to change the advantage into realization. It needed innovation in combat command theory study. Learning the lesson which enterprise met with on the way to realize information, and the law by which combat command should abide, the conclusion was drawn that the organization, workflow and information transfer flow should change synchronously. Based on mature method used in enterprises, the way, modeling and simulation were put forward, to help the militarist studying the command organization. There were five important points which needed to be modeled, such as organization structure, workflow, information transfer flow, command means and commander behavior. The modeling methods were respectively introduced.
